Alec Baldwin to Trump: Release Tax Returns, I'll Quit Mocking You on SNL

Opening this weekend’s SNL, Baldwin portrayed Trump as a man easily distracted from an important security briefing by the chance to retweet random people on Twitter.
Though it was one of Baldwin’s less savage takes on the incoming POTUS, his target nonetheless declared it “unwatchable,” adding, “the Baldwin impersonation just can’t get any worse.” Baldwin quickly tweeted back (from backstage?), “Release your tax returns and I’ll stop. Ha.”

Trump of course used the Twitter device to lambast SNL and Baldwin’s first take on him as a president-elect, on the Nov. 20 outing, calling the NBC sketch series (that he hosted a year prior) a “totally one-sided, biased show.” Baldwin that time responded by encouraging the White House’s next resident to stay focused on “how to improve the lives of AS MANY AMERICANS AS POSSIBLE” and “improving our reputation abroad, including actually fighting for freedom and not just oil.”
