Alden Richards launches his first McDonald's restaurant
26 Apr – Alden Richards recently made a return home from Hong Kong to appear at the launch of a McDonald's in Biñan, Laguna - not as a guest, but an owner.
As reported on PEP, the actor, who was all smiles as he greeted the media at the blessing ceremony, shared that the business will be managed by his sister Riza Faulkerson with the help from their father Richard.
"I just started my dream of having a McDonalds when I was young and we were eating there at the South Super Highway Supermarket when I was young... Twenty years later, here we are with our own store," he enthused.
Richards added that he felt happy to see his dream finally realised.
The actor also expressed his gratitude to sister Riza, for sacrificing her Human Resources job to manage the business.
"I am really proud of this project, and my sister," he said.
The event also saw the attendance of friends like Winwyn Marquez, LJ Moreno, Valeen Montenegro, Rodjun Cruz, Kristoffer Martin, Joyce Ching, and Bea Binene.
