Alden Richards announces upcoming documentary concert
15 Nov – After teasing fans with a new big project, Alden Richards finally announced that he will be holding an upcoming documentary concert.
Sharing the good news on social media on 14 November, the actor wrote, "I am excited to share with you something very close to my heart - a one of a kind concert of who Alden Richards was for the past decade and a whole lot more of Richard Faulkerson Jr., moving forward. #ALDENForwARd"
"Grateful for the opportunity to produce this concert for the benefit of the AR Foundation Inc."
It is noted that Alden's real name is Richard Reyes Faulkerson Jr. He is professionally known as Alden Richards, a name that he took on since he embarked on a career in showbiz.
Alden also revealed that the upcoming show will be held on 30 January 2022 for the Benefit of the AR Foundation.
The event, "FORWARD: Meet Richard R. Faulkerson, Jr." is said to be "a documentary concert about the life and the journey of Richard Faulkerson, Jr. Retelling important milestones through music and performances, to forward and champion the causes of Alden Richards, leading to the launch of his own foundation."
The actor first teased about the said project last week, posting a photo of the forward button and a photo of him bearing the word, "soon" on his Instagram and writing, "Where to?"
Aside from the new concert, Alden is also set to make his TV comeback with the second season of "The World Between Us".
