Albie Casino apologises for mean words against Andi Eigenmann

23 Nov – After previously bashing ex-girlfriend Andi Eigenmann through his livestream on Kumu, Albie Casino is now taking it all back and apologising for his previous behaviour.

The actor, who sat down for an interview with Toni Gonzaga, stated that he said all the things about Andi at the time thinking that it wouldn't go viral like it did.

"I know now that I was wrong to say that. I want to apologise to everybody who was offended by what I had to say. I was in the spur of the moment," he added.

On the subject of Andi's weight gain, in which he made fun of the actress of during the livestream, Albie said that he had a pent-up anger and wanted to say something that could hurt the actress.

"I felt like this would be a way for me to say something funny, at the same time get back at her for what she did to me. But I did not expect it to be taken that way," he added.

However, Albie's apology was more for others who were offended by it rather than to Andi, saying that he didn't mean to hurt other people by it.

"But then again, I'm not washing my hands here. I really did want to say something to make her feel bad. That is also wrong," he said, adding that he is only human.

The issue between Albie and Andi sparked while the actress was pregnant with her first daughter Ellie. While she kept mum about the father of the baby, she also did not confirm nor deny speculations that Albie was the father. It was only in 2016 that it was revealed that Ellie's father is Jake Ejercito.

Andi had since apologised for what had happened, but Albie admitted that he did not feel vindicated at all when the truth came out.
