Akihiro Blanco on why he had to leave his Kapamilya dramas

8 Nov – Former TV5 actor Akihiro Blanco recently explained the reason why he had to withdraw from two Kapamilya dramas despite originally scheduled to do them.

As reported on PEP, the actor, who was supposed to star in the KathNiel fantasy drama, "La Luna Sangre" and the Joshua Garcia-starrer, "The Good Son", shared that he had to leave the shows in order to do four movies that he previously agreed to.

"I am sad too, because it's ABS-CBN. It's a big deal. But the thing is, I have priorities, like with Regal. I am contracted, so it's really delicate," he said.

The movie he was talking about is "This Time I'll Be Sweeter", starring Barbie Forteza and Ken Chan. He is also part of several other films, including "Immaculada", and "Sikreto sa Dilim".

Nonetheless, Blanco stated that he still dreams of working on a television series, and hopes to be able to do so as soon as he finishes all the four movie projects.
