22 Oct – After getting the backlash for sharing Aljur Abrenica's recent social media post about estranged wife Kylie Padilla, AJ Raval recently took to social media to apologise for her blunder.

Sharing the apology on her TikTok account, the actress stated that she was trying to defend herself and her family when she decided to share the post, and not trying to hurt Kylie.

"People are accusing me of something that I didn't do. People are calling me a third party, a homewrecker, which is not true," she said. "I shared it maybe because I was driven by my emotions, because I'm really hurting. I'm really sorry to everyone who was affected. To those who got angry and to Kylie, I'm sorry I shared the statement."

AJ stated that she didn't say anything about the split before because she has no right to talk about the couple's marriage.

"I hope this will end because my mental health is already damaged. Maybe I should do a social media detox first," she said.

True to her words, the actress soon went MIA on social media, and removed all photos from her Instagram account, which has more than 940,000 followers.

Earlier this week, Aljur broke his silence about his separation from Kylie, urging the actress to tell the truth about their separation, as well as accusing the actress of cheating on him.

"At first it was fair for me to take all the blame. Is it also fine with you guys to let the innocent be attacked with false accusations?" he added.
