The Allegiant Airlines sale ends on Tuesday.
Allegiant has announced nearly a dozen routes this summer to Los Angeles, Florida, and beyond — and they’re on sale today only for as low as $45.
Launching in June, all 10 routes will be uniquely served by Allegiant, according to the carrier. To start, Allegiant will introduce new services from Los Angeles to Laredo, Texas, and Rockford, Illinois, on June 12, as well as Rapid City, South Dakota, to begin on June 14.
Out of Florida, Allegiant will introduce routes to three airports across the state between June 12 and June 14. From Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. and Knoxville, Tennessee, the airline will fly to Jacksonville, Florida. Allegiant will also fly to Sarasota, Florida from Plattsburgh, New York and from Evansville, Indiana and McAllen, Texas to St. Petersburg, Florida.
Also, on June 13 and 14, the airline will begin flying to McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, Tennessee, from South Bend, Ind., and St. Louis.
"This expansion caters to passengers and communities we feel have been overlooked by other carriers," said Allegiant's chief revenue officer, Drew Wells, in a statement. "Allegiant's unique business model, connecting small-to-medium sized cities to vacation destinations, creates accessible travel options not otherwise available in what we believe are underserved markets. We know travelers enjoy the convenience of nonstop flights departing from their neighborhood airport."
All of these new routes are on sale directly through Allegiant’s website. In addition, the airline releases its schedule nine months in advance, so passengers can take advantage of these new flights for travel through Nov. 11. The promotional fares, starting at just $45, include all taxes and fees and must be booked by the end of the day tomorrow, Feb. 13.
Allegiant is based in Las Vegas and operates like a budget airline, charging ancillary fees for baggage, seat assignments, and more.
However, Allegiant has seen success from positioning itself as an “integrated travel company” rather than a low-cost carrier as it owns the Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor, Florida, which opened in December The new routes come days after Allegiant announced its financial results for Q4 2023, where the airline reported a $611 million operating revenue.
