AGF 2018: Pokémon Special Premier Events
Fans of Pokémon were also part of the fun at the Asia Game Festival on 9 and 10 June.
Over the two-day event, the Pokémon Video Game Singapore Open 3 was held between players from various ages, with the youngest being eight years old.
There was also the Pokémon Trading Card Game Special Event and League Cup, which has also been held in countries such as Hong Kong and Thailand recently.
Matches for both games are played in best-of-three rounds, where the player to win two games first will be the match winner.
Through these games, players got to earn Championship Points (CP), which allows them to qualify for the 2018 Pokémon World Championships in August.
