‘The Affair’: Guy Burnet Joins Season 3 In Recurring Role

Guy Burnet (Ray Donovan) is joining Season 3 of Showtime drama series The Affair in a recurring role.

Burnet will play Mike Cornwall, a graduate student and campus Lothario, who crosses paths with Noah Solloway (Dominic West).

The Affair follows an extramarital situation as seen through distinctly different perspectives: the man, the woman and their respective spouses. Ruth Wilson, Maura Tierney and Joshua Jackson also star in the drama exec produced by creators Sarah Treem and Hagai Levi along with Jeffrey Reiner. Season 3 is currently filming in New York, and will premiere on Sunday, November 20 on Showtime.

Burnet will juggle his recurring role on The Affair with a major recurring arc on Amazon’s Hand of God which extends through the forthcoming season. He transitioned into the role after appearing as Ian McShane’s prodigal son on Showtime’s Ray Donovan. He’ll next be seen in LD Entertainment’s re-imagining of the 1990 thriller Jacob’s Ladder. Burnet is repped by Untitled Entertainment, ICM, and Troika.
