Adi Putra's second wife investigated by police

29 Jul – Local actor Adi Putra's second wife, Nor Shahida Zolkifly was detained by police to aid them in their investigation regarding a human trafficking syndicate that took place at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
However Adi who was contacted by the media, had quickly posted up a statement on his Instagram profile to ask the media and friends to not contact him and his first wife about it.
"I ask for the cooperation of the media, relatives, family and friends of my wife Aida Yusof to not call us to ask about the recent news which has spread."
"Let the authorities conduct their investigation. I ask for your cooperation and respect," he wrote.
He added that he can't comment on the issue in order to respect the laws of the government.
News website, Bernama had reported that the Deputy Head of Police, Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim had mentioned that the wife of the 35-year-old actor was among the 28 immigration officers suspected to be involved in a human trafficking syndicate.
He added that they were all suspected of faking documents and expediting the entries of foreign nationals who entered the country without proper procedures.
