11 Mar – Following GMA-7's "Eat Bulaga" announcement that it will be suspending its live studio audience admission temporarily due to COVID-19, ABS-CBN recently revealed that it will be doing the same with all of its shows.

On 10 March, the network released a full statement regarding the decision, saying that shows including "It's Showtime", "ASAP Natin 'To", "Magandang Buhay," "Banana Sundae", and "I Can See Your Voice" will be taped without studio audience for the time being.

"The safety and well-being of our studio audience, artists, crew, and production teams are of utmost importance to us and we are taking this option for their protection. We feel that it is our shared responsibility to help in preventing the spread of the COVID-19," the statement added.

It is noted that President Rodrigo Duterte has declared a state of public health emergency on 9 March following the 24th coronavirus case that had been confirmed in the country.
