"Abang Long Fadil 3" now reaches the RM10 million mark
13 Sep – After successfully accumulating RM3 million on opening day, it was revealed that the third instalment of the "Abang Long Fadil" franchise has now reached the 10 million mark.
Speaking about the success of the movie in reaching the number in just four days, Skop Productions director Datuk Yusof Haslam stated, "As a producer, our biggest priority is to present a film that will be accepted by all, and that will entertain the audience."
"Since it was released, we have received a lot of reactions from the audiences and we are thankful for all of the support," he added.
The third film sees the titular character, played by Zizan Razak, attempting to bring down the evil conspiracy of Chow Han (played by Zizan's comedy partner Johan) while also being hunted by King Cobra (Datuk AC Mizal).
The film also co-stars Maya Karin, Elizabeth Tan, Shuib Sepahtu and Ozlyn Wati, among others.
