11 Mar – Aaron Yan recently reiterated his previous statement that he is not friends with the former members of his idol group, Fahrenheit.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who appeared on the Dee Hsu and Kevin Tsai show, "Hua Hua Wan Wu 2", had no issue admitting that he is not in contact with any of the members, saying that Calvin Chen, Wu Chun, and Jiro Wang are not the type of people he would hang out with in real life.
"I don't need to pretend that we are friends. I don't like to pretend. It's not anything negative. I just want to say that we don't contact each other," he said.
Aaron added that while they were teammates, they could not be considered friends.
The singer also admitted that the four of them would have disputes occasionally while they were still a group, and most of the time it was because they have different values. However, Aaron said that Fahrenheit was important to him as it marked his starting point in showbiz.
"But at each stage, each and every person will develop different ideas and it will become increasingly separate from one another. They are not my friends, but they will always be my good brothers who have struggled together," he added.
