One of my personal favorite holiday traditions is the annual GOOP gift guide, curated by Gwyneth Paltrow and her team of cashmere legging-wearing GOOPers. I have never purchased anything from any of these, but I, like many readers of the lifestyle newsletter, voraciously pour through the guides in an attempt to get a glimpse at the blonde Hollywood mogul’s psyche. I imagine them as a Year in Review guide to Paltrow, in fact. This year’s guides dropped today, just in time for afternoon procrastination. “Whether you want to spend $8 or $8,000, we’ve rounded up some of the most stunning and appealing gift options around — each and every item (a leather travel journal, monogrammed pajamas, an Hermes iWatch, a trip to the moon…) is something we’d love to give or receive,” says the GOOP.
