This week, the Japan Food Town at Wisma Atria launched a special Matsusaka Beef Fair, where 10 out of the 16 restaurants in the Japanese food haven will serve specially created dishes made from this one-of-a-kind beef that is pretty rare (see what I did there? hahaha).
But what makes this beef so special that they would dedicate an entire week (1 Sept to 11 Sept) to this meat? Here’s what you need to know:
